Healthy~ish
Healthy-ish. Why the “ish?” Well, I am not an expert on health and my knowledge has been hit or miss with some element of a wishy-washy attitude. But I do care about maintain my health both mentally and physically. The vigilance is not always there, but the desire, oh! the desire is Olympic level.
Decades later, I do know what works for me. If I had met me decades ago, I would have saved myself some grief from crying while eating a whole pack of cookies or hating myself for missing a grueling two hour a day work out. I would have spared myself the from thinking I was weak because I could not adhere to a 500 calorie a day diet. “Balance!” I say as I sip on a second glass of wine… Maybe my form of high intensity balance will work for you and maybe your shared balance will inspire others.
